(1) Objective: This study was to investigate whether perfectionism would moderate the relationship between mindset and academic anxiety. (2) Methods: One hundred students were recruited from The Education University of Hong Kong and asked to complete a 30-item questionnaire measuring their Mindset, the degree of perfectionism and their academic anxiety. (3) Results: Hierarchical Multiple Regression analysis was conducted to examine the main effects and interaction effect of perfectionism, mindset and academic anxiety. The result revealed that perfectionism could significantly moderate the prediction of mindset on academic anxiety significantly. Specifically, people with growth mindset and high perfectionism were found suffering from the highest academic anxiety. (4) Conclusion: The result demonstrated the needs of provoking the awareness for growth mindset people's psychological health
